    The DJ Williams Appreciation Thread.

    Welcome back DJ.

Glad to have him back on the team as should everyone.

Hopefully he can take over and start at LB and have our 3 best LB's on the field starting, it's best for the team.

    GO DJ!!

He has been a lone bright spot in our front seven for the better part of the last eight seasons, but for some reason he is not treated accordingly.

DJ, welcome back, and get ready to go to war for our Broncos!

Assisting people. Helping them out. Dishing them a "dime", which is a synonym for an assist in basketball.

Back on topic, go DJ can't wait to see him at MLB this Sunday!!

And special thanks to Chris Harris for letting us know DJ is playing MLB

Glad to have him back! I can't wait to see how he is incorporated into the defense. I'm hoping he comes back with a vengeance during this playoff push!

I do not think appreciation is the right word. I do not appreciate that he left his team high and dry. It is nice that he back, but I am not thankfully or appreciative that he is. (Not trying to stir trouble but I am confused as to why he should be appreciated?)

He is not treated that way cause of his actions. He keeps missing time cause of stupid things. I listened to his interview and one thing that really bothered me is he said the time off cost him personally but it didn't cost the team. IMO of course it cost the team. He missed more games than not of this season and left his team hang out to dry because of his actions and he doesn't think it cost the team. The only reason it hasn't cost this team is cause next man up has filled the void. He is not a rookie. It is things like this that are the reasons in my book that he doesn't get the credit some around here think he should. Thats not a good example from your veteran leader whatsoever in my book.

That said, he is part of the team, he has paid his price and a relatively steep one at that and the guys in the locker room really seem to like him. He is a talent and I believe he will improve us out there on defense as move forward. I will definitely say WELCOME BACK DJ. I hope he learned his lesson and I hope he can be on this team for a long time to come. I wil be happy to see him back out on the field

In all honesty I think not having DJ was a blessing. His absence allowed for a lot of experience to be gained in the LB group with young guys like Trev and Irving.

Yep. A lot of guys have gained experience.

And now that he's back. He can join Champ as the only remaining member from the 2005 AFC Championship participant as we head into the playoffs.

Chris Harris had an interview with Spano last night

    https://www.twitter.com/#!/brandonspano

When asked if DJ was back to his original position WOLB, Chris Harris said

You just can't take Wood out the game right now, I think you'll see DJ in more of the 'Mike' role on Sunday.
A player that practices with him and is wth the team probably has a good idea of what is to happen, so I'm taking his word and stoked for it!
