I am not saying that either, i am just saying he was classy so rather than focusing on the negative of his time here a simple classy thanks and good bye is what i personally i am trying to give. But it was hard to resist that joke.

CP bet he gets on with another team and talks smack about Denver.

    Any takers?

(and before anyone says that he's too classy to do that, just remember even Eddie Royal did it)

    Hooray, beer!

I personally say thanks WM. He was our workhorse when other backs couldn't stay healthy and/or productive. He made us a much better team the time he was here. Even PM said when they had to replace him last year it took multiple rb's by committee to replace him. Good luck Willis and thanks for giving all you had to us while your were here

Agree but what could he really say? His only time here has been in our turnaround with Elway. I guess he could bash on ball or hillman. I wouldn't be surprised McGahee ends up in San Diego

I expect within the next few days he'll be a Charger and he'll be running his mouth.

    Not a surprise.

Fox, Gase and Peyton had all made comments that suggested he would be the first one to go. At the end of the day, if that's how you're gonna roll, cutting him sooner rather than later is the way to go. Good job Elway

I really loved having McGahee as a Bronco though. He's one of those guys I'll personally look back and appreciate years from now, despite the limited amount of time he spent in Denver. Great guy.

Best of luck to Willis! I hope to see a competitive team pick him up so he can have one last go at that ring.

Yes , I will take that bet. I will say it , he is too classy.

He is not E. Royale, I believe the Chargers deserve him as much as he deserves them

Championship teams need 2 things from a starting running back

    1.) Ball Security

    2.) Durability

The sad reality fans need to understand is with Willis's age and mileage he no longer could provide the broncos with 1 and 2.

The proper move was made by the FO

    I agree.

Well I guess we move on to see what our other backs will bring.
The Broncos are taking care of the veteran and releasing him earlier rather than later.

Props to Willis. Hope he lands somewhere else. Good player, just moving forward with youth now. He has one of my favorite Bronco plays of all time.

That long TD run against Oakland in the black hole when he gave the crowd a mile high salute was amazing.

They must be liking what they see in Ball for this and that's a good thing.
