Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Official Game day thread: Week 12 2004 Broncos vs Raiders
I live 8 minutes from the Stadium ( no rush hour traffic on a dry day) and heres the scoop: my 2 dogs just came running in from out back, they were both covered in fat, juicy flakes of Rocky Mtn. Snow!
As far as old stats - they are just that - OLD STATS!
They gotta play the game to make tonights stats!
GO BRONCOS!

Theyll be fine as long as they bukle down and not act like the raiders a push overs
All wek Shanny has been sayin' that the trap game that was Cinncinnatti should be enough warning for our boys to avoid another stupid showing. However, snow games often minimize athletic ability and bring luck to the forfront.
If the Broncs can get ahead early, our run game can be crucial. In snow when a guy has the ball, he knows when he is gonna juke, so he has the edge on a defender who must react to that juke on unsteady footing. But, that could go both ways. That is why these snowbowls are so much fun.
And do not kid yourself, for the Raiders, this is their SuperSnowBowl. They got nothin' else but to try to screw us. this is the biggest game of the season left o them! National coverage and a hated foe!Raider Nation is watching! Let's smoke 'em! GOOOOOOO BROOOOONNNNCCOOOOOSS!!!!!!
only concern i have is that our players might get injured. it's not uncommmon in this kind of weather . maybe we should put in all our backup players so our starters have no chance to get injured, it's not like we won't blow them out anyway
The O-Line is overlooked by almost everyone. Our O-Line is solid with Tom and Dan in the middle. I'd say that Tom deserves to be a Hall of Famer. He's been to numerous Pro Bowls, helped TD get 100+ yards in both SBs etc. etc. He really is one of the top in the league.
Yea, why didn't he do that for us? Well, sometimes he did, but then he would turn around and give up a TD immediatly. Mr. Inconsistant. Look at the score, do you think maybe Deltha gave up a TD or 2 in that scorefest? They say that was the most points sroed in an NFL game ever. Sure he looked good on that play, but they did not show all the times he was slacking and got burned before that, did they?
Still, wish him the best, maybe he woke up and smelled the coffee after geting the ax from one of the best teams in the league.
