    So, my good news;

    I get to meet a dear, dear friend for dinner tonight. I haven't gotten to see her in about 6 months.

    I got another chance to go to a another Super Bowl, and take my son with me this time. I was able to take my daughter to one, and now my son got one.

    Yeah, her's went a bit better, but he appreciated where he was, what it meant to be there, and he's glad he went.

    Can't ask for more than that.

    My Wife Megan got a 88 percent on a test in her nursing school last night! Nobody in the day program even got higher than a 76. She got one of the best scores, if not the best out of 60 nursing students!!

    So proud of her!!

    This may be a little late because it wasn't today we received the news, my wife Mary was informed that after 6 years there is no longer any trace of cancer. We had a long hard battle that nearly broke us but God saw us through and took that nasty disease away. Made things difficult for awhile but things are so much better and we are on a good future track.
    Thanks for the Sig "rjent"

    That's fantastic… there is not much news that is better than overcoming a serious illness.

    So wonderful to hear! I can feel your pain as my family has been hit hard with cancer. However, I also received good news this past week. My mom was diagnosed with cancer last year, but has now been declared cancer free. I hope we get a break from cancer for a long while.
