Orlando Franklin on his poor performance against Avril, Clemons and Bennet

“They schemed the heck out of us,” Franklin said. “They did an extremely good job today, getting after guys.”

“It’s unfortunate that a lot of people are going to try to put it in on ’18,’ because he doesn’t deserve that,” Franklin said, per NFL.com. “We all had a hand in this loss.”

Franklin personally had a huge hand

He's a good one, but maybe he should play guard after Clady comes back.

I'm glad he admits it. Having said that.. It still doesn't make me feel better.

Clark to right tackle next season???

When Clady returns I would like to see Chris Clark move to Right Tackle. He deserves
to start. I have heard Franklin would be a stud at guard??

    Thoughts

Man Peytons blindside with a fully fit Clady and Frank at LG.That is scary good.

    He's a backup. Draft a tackle

He did good at LT. If he can play RT well enough to start well we should let him and kick Franklin at G because Franklin is better at G than T.

I thought Vasquez came to us as a LG? I would like to see both Vasquez and Franklin at their natural positions.

I wouldn't be mad if it happened but RTs like Michael Oher and Tyson Clabo are available.

They would be solid. But might be out if price range, depending on who we bring back. DRC is going to want big money and I don't see us letting him go. Along maybe with Decker.

"He’s also been responsible, per STATS, for 7.5 of Manning’s 18 sacks this year."

I like what Alfred Williams said, dump Beatles, move Franklin to right guard, then look for a right tackle in free agency.

For some reason I see Decker on the Patriots next year.

First, the Patriots will cut their losses on Amendola and pay that money to Edelman and Talib.

Then, they don't have much money beyond that, so Decker is going to be a Raider, Viking, Redskin or Jet who all have decent amount of cap space.

If Clady is healthy I would see if we could get a solid player or 2nd rd pick for Clark. If not keep him for depth and injury protection

That is assuming we have the same kind of team next year which after that loss is not even close to a guarentee
