Official Game Day thread: Preseason week 1 -- Seattle - 8/7/2014

Okay. Elway doesn't do preseason game day threads, so I changed the title and we'll use this.

Please read the rest of this post and enjoy the game!

I'll keep this brief, as we all only care about the game being played...

We're expecting a lot of activity on here today, and we're expecting tempers to run high throughout the game, even if it is just preseason. As a result, we're going to install an extremely subjective no tolerance policy for trolling (fans of either teams), excessive language or anything else that we think might create a disruption on here.

Again, it's all subjective, but it applies to fans of both teams, and violations today will probably lead more towards a 24-hour temp ban than an infraction.

Please try to remember the game consists of 60 minutes of football, not just a drive or two, and that there will likely be big plays by both teams. When it doesn't go our way, it's not the end of the world. When it does, it's not time to gloat. Just enjoy the game and let's all root for Denver.

I know a lot of you guys know a lot more about NFL football than me, but as a life long fan of the NFL/Denver Broncos it just feels good to have the Denver Broncos back in our lives, doesn't?

Thanks, I've stopped by here and there, but kept posting to a minimum, Myles just turned 18 months and the next one will arrive sometime this month. So I have been focused on that and not how our season ended. Helped a bit... but can't wait to see how the revamped Defense comes together.
