taking Pittsburgh again unless I get the Broncos spot

Vote against future picks being used

Vote for free agency starting earlier with locked guys

Draftnik, if you need council members I don't mind doing it. Not jumping up and down for the opportunity, but if we don't have seasoned guys for it I'll take a spot.

(Not March 1st yet, but...) I will return as the 49ers GM and a Trade Council member.

I vote yes for trading future picks and to starting on the 10th with frozen FAs.

Ringo stated he is bequeathing the Pats to me. I am also able and willing to be on trade council.

I vote NO to the rule change of trading future, high round picks.

Oh and I would like to put my name in the hat for the Broncos drawing of course.

Can't wait to get this going, I'd like to be the Titans again.

EDIT: I vote no for future picks. Start on the 11th. I like the idea of letting some free agents sign in real life to keep this more a little more realistic.

I warmed up to the idea of trading future picks, but people could abuse it, especially if the picks don't carry over.

I vote for no future picks and start on the 10th. Only way I believe we should do the future picks is if when people sign up it's for a two year span instead of one year. It would be kind of cool to see what people could do in a two year span. It would make it to where to teams with more work don't have to do a "quick fix" in a one year span. That's one of the unrealistic aspects on the game.

I agree Clint. I have been the same team for 4 years now. I wouldn't have to take an edge rusher again if that's the case. I have taken Ziggy Ansah and Anthony Barr in back to back years with the Jags.

A friend of mine briefly signed up to be Cincy, but he was inactive a lot. Bengals are open to anyone who wants them.

I think I've decided to return as the Ravens' GM. For some reason, people DID NOT like my moves last year. Maybe I can do better this year.

They might be a bad luck team. They didn't like any of my moves either

    (-) Albert McClellan ILB, Ravens
    (-) AQ Shipley OC/OG, Ravens
(-) Vonta Leach FB, Ravens (retired)
(-) Dallas Clark TE, Ravens (retired)

Here is my offseason from last year. I am starting to understand my free agency grade (even though, if Blackmon can come back this year then it was well worth the wait -- Kamar Aiken wasn't bad last year) but I still feel like I had a great draft and the only people I lost that made a significant impact was Pernell McPhee, James Ihedigbo, and Arthur Jones (kind of). Ravens would've loved to have had Ebron once Pitta went down this past year and Dickson was a solid #2 TE for the Panthers. As far as realistic, I kept Eugene Monroe, Dennis Pitta, and Daryl Smith while allowing Arthur Jones, Michael Oher, and James Ihedigbo to walk which was pretty realistic as far as how their big name free agents were targeted in the offseason. The only two even remotely big name FA that I kept that the Ravens didn't retain were Corey Graham and Ed Dickson which with their struggles in the secondary, I bet they wish they would've kept Graham. My biggest weakness (based on how the 2014 played out) would've been safety, wide receiver, and defensive line depth due to injuries to Pagan and Williams.

Ravens' pass rush was already very solid in 2014, adding in Lynch would've made them elite. Having Daryl Smith, Rolando McClain, and Chris Borland at ILB would've made them one of the best group of interior linebackers in the NFL. Tre Mason started slow but was a very nice surprise. A combination of him and Jonas Gray would've been very solid. Offensive line is borderline elite. Mark Sanchez would've been a nice backup to Flacco. DeCoud was a bust but would've been somewhat serviceable. Having a trio of Torrey Smith, Kamar Aiken, and Marlon Brown would not have been ideal and would've been one of the weakest WR groups in the NFL but they could've managed (especially if they could've gotten Ebron on the field to provide some help in the passing game -- unlike in Detroit IRL).

So, there it is.. My opinion on last year. Yet again, this year I will retain the FAs I believe Baltimore will keep for the most part and trade away the ones that I believe they won't retain to keep it realistic. I'm taking a similar approach but will try to get better players in return.
