I mean the guy did go from 2008 to 2012 without missing a single football game...so there's that. He's had bad luck with injuries from 2013 to now but I wouldn't exactly say he's been hurt a ton while playing for us.

DT will be a Bronco this year. No need to rush into things. With the extra $10 million after Clady is cut next year we can sign Von. Hopefully Wolf-man shows up this year and we can get that beast signed as well! I always liked Clady but it seems like whenever a high profile player with us holds out they are injured for the rest of their term here. Which would scare the beejeezus out of me with DT.

Chris Clark did a nice job a couple years ago when Clady was out with the Lis Franc injury. I do not see this as that big a challenge to deal with.

Well I hope John has more up his sleeve, maybe Jake Long. Have to disagree with a few here. I thought Clark was one of our weak points at both tackle spots when he played them, Franklin and Clark were getting beat in the SB, but Clark was getting beat on longer plays throughout the year and I remember him scaring the krap out of me with Manning. Manning made him look a lot better than he was imo. Harris didn't look good the last year with us and I didn't think he looked much better after leaving here and he has back problems. The thought of either of them anchoring those spots with all the new line changes just scares the heck out of me. I also think our Tackle draft pick is at least a year away from being counted on as a quality starter and rushing him in just makes my heart sink. But if anyone can make the best of it, Kubes can. Gotta say I really hope to see another move from Elway though.

Just want to mention that those who think we should cut Clady to save cap room should never complain if a player holds out and wants a bigger contract. I know this is off topic but just had to express this. As for the topic. I am excited to see Ty at LT.

    For those wanting Long

Sources say free-agent OT Jake Long visited the Giants today. Obviously interesting light of Beatty injury.

Well hopefully Elway has already been on the phone. Which brother does he want to play for. They have Coughlin, we have John.

But was he at all pro level during those years he did play?

We are paying for all pro OLT and that has not been on the field for a long time.
