Great win, such effort on D. Night and Day from last year. Mudiay will be a star, just needs to get stronger on the dribble. He was getting mauled tonight with no calls. Welcome to the NBA rookie.

Definitely a different team. I really like how this team is playing defense. Harris has become a really solid player with elite level defense. He did a great job on Harden. Mudiay obviously have to cut down on the TOs (but it is to be expected) but this kid's court vision is incredible and will only get better with experience. His shot looked good as well.
So far tonight it looks like we over reacted to game 1
Last year we won game 1 defensively and then lost 6 straight.
Nuggets still suck.
And really Gallo and Mudiay??? 6-29 combined? Stop shooting.
One thing I like about Malone is that he doesn't seem to have a problem calling our players out for bad performances or efforts. He called out their effort and energy after the game 2 loss. Maybe he'll say something about that crap shooting performance.

Honestly I don't mind another high draft pick if it means to get this team where it needs to be. The West is just full of superstars and Denver doesn't have any as of now (Mudiay has the potential)
You need at least 2 stars to be competitive in the playoffs, at least in the west. Mudiay also needs a season or two to adjust. We have a lot of young talent most of which can't even order an alcoholic beverage. We are realistically 2 seasons out from being truly competitive.
I'm only watching the game tonight to see how bad Curry destroys them. Down by 30 at half. Might have to turn it off.
Last night was a good win. Bucks were shooting lights out in the first half, it was insane. Nuggs hung in there, didn't panic. They came back, built a lead, blew it, then secured the win.
It's amazing to me that you can have these super athletic guys, which the Bucks have plenty of, but at the end of the day good technique can win. Jokic had a great game but athletically doesn't belong in the same gym. But, if you play solid fundamental bball and understand technique you can play in the NBA and he's a young guy.
Chandler out for the season....not a terrible thing. Malone has been going as young as he can so this just gives more opportunity to evaluate our youth.
Anybody know how to get out of Plan A? - Elway
Malone is now pissed at the players not too dissimilar to Shaw.
Said there are guys who pick and choose when they play hard. And those guys are not going to play.
Goes back to what I said last year. The problem is more the roster provided by the GM not who coaches it.
