Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

I was finally convinced on the last drive in regulation. That pass to Daniels right over the LBs head in between the safety with the CB driving? My gosh that was pretty.
lol of course he's going to be the starter, it's a no-brainer.
Osweiler isn't anything special, but he's a much more reliable option than a QB that somehow still leads the NFL in INTs, despite not having played in 7 games, which is unreal.
It's just the media that has created this mess, which was exacerbated by Osweiler's struggles in the 2nd half the past few weeks. The NFL and it's affiliates obviously want Manning to be on the field, he's still the biggest name in the NFL, but the Broncos' organization would be a complete joke if they started him just for media coverage/stat-padding.
Fortunately, Elway is a real winner that won't accept this franchise being turned into a clown show.

Yeah that was amazing and scary at the same time lol

Something tells me that Manning will be active for this game. Brock gets "injured" and can't return allowing Peyton to get some playing time and get the offense going again. Manning then leads us to the Lombardi.
Or, Brock plays lights out and leads us to the playoffs on a high note.
I don't know. Too many storylines here.
I could be wrong. Don't crucify me for this.

Brock was nearly flawless... He blew an easy TD to DT, missing a wide open WR... Took a sack or too he could've avoided (throwing the ball out of bounds)... But he was poised, showed improvement, made clutch throws.. Good reads...
One thing is clear: give him protection and good Playcalling and he can win you football games. Against the two top teams in the DIV... He led 14-point comebacks... Impressive.
I hope Manning sucks it up and will accept being the backup... Could use him as an emergency... Just in case BO gets hurt... But BO earned the starting job from here on out.
Of course Oz is going to start, but it's nice to see it said right away with no hesitation. We would look very foolish going back to Manning at this point. Imagine if he came in and played the way he did the majority of this season, John would look like a complete idiot and you can bet that point isn't lost on him.
