Our O-line was already weak and now we lose Vazquez and Mathis - I don't think it matters who our QB is if they don't have time to throw. If Clady does not restructure he will be the next, very scary outlook on the OL.

As for Jackson, would have loved to have him but if the Jags want to overpay again for one of our players there is only so much we can do. We can fill his role with someone for a fraction of that cost if we keep Ware, Wolfe and Miller. Sylvester can play more minutes and should be ready and we seem to be able to find big bodies. We can't afford to pay him 15M for 6 years.

Should be an interesting few days...

Smart move which OL do you think Elway would target in FA.

Okung has injury issues and Schwartz is not great in the run game.

Its a toss up, I think.

Too bad the Raiders look like they're snatching up Osemele.

Special thanks to Sam_Z for the SB rings collage above

Right. Since 2012, Beadles, Walton, Kuper, Franklin, Clark, Ramirez, Cornick, Painter, Montgomery, Koppen and now Vasquez, IIRC . That's over two O-Lines. Mathis and Harris were on one year deals.

Vasquez's release could mean they think Robert Myers has possibilities. It could mean they will try Schofield at G. It could mean they plan to draft a G. It could be all of the above.

I think Denver will draft a Tackle early and re-sign Harris. When Paradis signs his tender, they will have four Centers going to TC.

    It's definitely a rebuild.

Yep. Rumor is the Broncos have their eye on him. With the Clady restructure, Sambraillo getting healthy, the o-line might turn into something.

I'm really happy for Malik. He got so much more than we offered. Good for him.
