Eagles had a magnificent punt return last night. Something like 63 yard punt return which led to a TD. Us Broncos can only salivate and dream of a punt return play like that

    Too valuable on D

But everyone acting like Norwood is dependable. Dude has fumbled on returns in back to back weeks.

    That's not dependable

Yeah. Caldwell at least had some speed. Norwood has... Nothing.

Throw in the no-catch for the INT and I'll go with less than average and consistently average

Didn't he fumble a punt yesterday that he recovered?

Anyway the last couple games haven't been pretty for Norwood. Not dragging his toe against the Texans, not catching that punt which pinned the offense back, then like 2 plays later tipping up that pass leading to the pick 6.

How many times has the ball hit Norwood in the hands that wound up deflected and led to an interception?

Not sure about how many times that has happened - it happened in the San Diego game last season. His attempted catch that led to INT in that game killed a drive with the #1 seed on the line.

So we can safely say twice.

Remember Matthew Willis a few years ago? Always something bad seemed to happen every play he was involved in, Norwood seems to be the same thing, a bad luck charm or something.

Can one of our rookie Safeties return kicks? Parks got an INT against Cinci. Maybe he's got some hands.

If I remember correctly, Trindon Holiday was released due to running the ball out of the endzone when he was told to take a knee. Wouldn't that be less an offense than recent fumblitias? I know it is a different regime but it should still count for something.
Bradley Chubb has an Aaron Donald type ability to disrupt and wreck games!

I think Kalif Raymond got some work as a returner during TC - can't remember if the work was kickoff returns, punt returns or both. I think Jordan Taylor also got work as a kick returner during TC.

We need it to be a player who gives us another reason to be active on game day. That's why I'm thinking it needs to be a #3 Safety or a #4 WR/Corner.
