Wow, I am stunned and shocked. Did not think it would happen. But I'm glad in a way. Best of luck to you Kubes. Thank you for getting us to a SB. You will always be a part of Broncos Country.

    Health? Coaching Performance?

Regardless, I may of disagreed with some personnel choices and gameplans. The man inherited a team and gave the fans Super Bowl 50 win. I'm thankful for that and wish him the best.

It seems like it is the rumor right now, that would indeed be sad. Kubes has been part of almost all the greatest achievements of the Denver Broncos, and I for one will be sad if this is truly a correct account.

If this is indeed factual, I would like the team to go out with a win for him. I know losing gets us a better draft pick, but Kubiak deserves to go out with a win.

Could we see the young Shanahan take over?

    Ian Rappaport:

Had the #Broncos* not brought in Gary Kubiak 2 years ago, they likely would’ve hired now-#Dolphins DC Vance Joseph. Keep an eye on him in DEN

This is exactly what I was thinking. He would bring an inventive Offense, that has succeeded in multiple environments...and Elway is already in place to limit the amount of personnel moves so he wouldn't ultimately fail like the last young Coach we brought in that shall remain nameless.

Whoever the replacement is, he better have the authority to run whatever offense he believes is best for the team.

I hope Elway doesn't hire someone just based on running a WCO zone blocking scheme.

If not true, he should never have gone to the the press. Players will have lost some fear / respect for him.

Thanks to Kubiak for everything he did. It is very appreciated.

That being said, I am curious who we will hire. I really hope we get someone who can turn this offense around. Just think, we haven't had a good offense in the 2+ years since our D became "elite". Imagine how scary this team would be with a top 15 offense that could actually put up 20+ points a game?
