    Two sources tell @sportingnews that @Colts defensive backs coach Greg Williams interviewed for @Broncos assistant DBs coach position that opened when Johnnie Lynn was fired
    He has been hired. I read it was announced as DB coach, not assistant DB coach. I wonder if Marcus Robertson has been relieved of his duties, or if they'll be working together.

    Chris Strausser has been promoted to OL coach, and will focus on OT, whereas Sean Kugler will focus on the interior OL. I like that they split that up.

    Zach Azzanni has been hired as WR coach. Azzanni spent last year with the Bears, after spending a few years coaching WRs at Tennessee University. This will be his second year coaching at the NFL level.

    He has only been with the bears one season. And their only competent receiver got injured.

    I'm actually interested in seeing what all these guys bring to the table. With Vance Joseph in year 2, perhaps the stage won't seem/feel so big for him.
    I'm willing to see what he can put together over the next 3 years.

    Rod Smith possible Assistant WR coach? Someone asked him on Twitter if he might want to do it, and he responded with Do you think theyd let me apply? I dont know how to coach but I know how to win. 🤔

    That may be dumbest alignment ever used to snap the football in the NFL for sure...maybe other levels of football as well.

    The two OL coach approach is interesting.

    We have needed help on the OL for so long I would be willing to try just about anything

    I agree, it's a nice shake up. I'm interested to see how it works. We're also doing the same with the DBs. Marcus Robertson will be coaching the safety group, and Greg Williams will be coaching the CBs.

    There have been two O-Line coaches since 2014:

    2014 - Dave Magazu and James Cregg, assistant;

    2015 - Clancy Barone and James Cregg, assistant;

    2016 - Clancy Barone and James Cregg, assistant;

    2017 - Jeff Davidson and Chris Strausser, assistant.

    In 2013 Alex Gibbs was Offensive Line Consultant, so you could say it goes back that far.

    Sure but was there any clear delineation of roles and responsibilities as there is now?
