For a Qb that is 6'7 or taller the most wins in NFL history is.....
Brock With 13 wins (he is 6'8)
They said tall QBs fail because of the longer motion and throwing the ball down.
Paxton is 6'7
Anyone worried about Lynch?

Paxton doesn't have that long of a throwing motion. It's not the most compact. But it's far from being egregious.

Seems like a bit of a non-story. First thing to consider: how many 6'7"+ QBs have played in the NFL? Not many, that I know of. So there isn't much to go on.
The downward motion is something that is an issue with Brock, and one of the reasons he gets so many balls batted at the LOS. I don't think Paxton has that issue - at least not to the extent that Brock does.
I looked up the combine numbers that Draft Scout posts:
Joe Flacco: 6'6.3"
Lynch: 6'6.5"
Osweiler: 6'6.7"
Flacco is typically listed at 6'6" while Lynch and Osweiler are rounded up to 6'7" - but in reality they are all very close. So Mike & Mike are quibbling over a difference of .4", because as soon as you throw Flacco in there the narrative changes a bit.
Another thing to consider is that as other players continue to get taller and taller, there may come a day in the near future where being 6'6"+ will be an advantage. Offensive and Defensive linemen are more and more likely to be 6'4"+ these days. Eventually it will likely be more difficult for shorter QBs to throw over taller players effectively.

First of all, Paxton Lynch is not 6'7" or taller. So that argument already goes down the drain.
Lynch is 6'6 5/8". Official measurement from the Combine:

I only know one current QB in the NFL who is 6'7" or taller: Mike Glennon. He is 6'7 1/8".
And Glennon did not look exactly awful when he started for the Bucs. He might have a future if he can get more experience.

And as far as "throwing down"....basic geometry (Pythagorean theorem) tells us that 2 inches in height means almost nothing if the ball is passed more than a few yards. It simply doesn't matter. A longer motion may come into play, but Lynch has a shorter release than many QBs that aren't as tall.
The one potential concern I see is that his drop back may be farther behind scrimmage and take a little more time, due to longer legs, but this is something that can probably be dealt with by coaching and repetition.

Yea I don't think hieght has nothing to do with rather a player can or can't be successful. Today on that dredded show First Take, they brought up how Big Ben doesn't throw right for his hieght. Blah blah blah.
Most of the QBs in the league are close to the same hieght, with probably the bigger gab being Brees, whom is what under 6'2?
