That goal by mikko was filthy .. seem to be getting production from multiple players and lines rather than just the top line. Team could be really special

From the few games they've played this season, I agree. The combination of elite talent, age, and youth, along with incredible play between the pipes, this could indeed end up being a really special hockey team.

    "Foligno's spotleess Reputation"? LOLOLOL!!

Todd Bertuzzi had a spotless reputation until he snuck up behind Steve Moore, sucker punched Moore into unconsciousness, jumping on his back and breaking his neck , ......... and ending Moore's career in the NHL.

Foligno is a THUG whose actions could have ended Bellemare's career. 3 games is not enough.

"I just hope he's all right"? LOLOLOL!!!", says NHL Goon/Thug, Alex Kerfoot, after his hit on Eric Johnson.

It's "word for word" exactly what NHL Goon/Thug Foligno said about the hit on Bellemare. What a crock. Foligno and Kerfoot are happy with their hits, and wish they could do it again ............... as long as they get away with it.

Great game tonight. Very entertaining to watch, both teams played well, lots of chances back and forth, and either team could have rightfully left with the 2 points. And I have to say, I absolutely hate anytime MacKinnon is coming down the ice with speed, because that always seems to end up in the back of the Flames' net. It seems like forever since the Flames were actually able to get a W v Colorado (actually it's only been 242 days, and 6 consecutive losses, but I digress). I'm sure this one, meant way more for the Flames to win than it does for the Avalanche to lose.

I see the Avs are 11-3-1 in their last 15, which is very impressive! Especially with all of the injuries they've had. Regardless of standings now, I think it's pretty apparent the Western Conference road to the cup currently runs right through Denver. That's a tough looking team.

Good luck to the Avs the rest of the way!

Avs look good but still seem not ready to take on the top dogs.

We have some impressive wins. I think we beat Boston twice and once on the road and also a win at Washington. The two best teams in the NHL. We can sure hang with the top dogs.
