Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Woo! Great start to the season 6-1-2. I'm going to the game on Friday, 10/26/18! I think this team has a chance to be really, really good this year.
Colorado teams always seem to have a big conditioning advantage early season. You usually see the Broncos, Avs, and Nuggets (and to a lesser degree The Rockies) start off strong.
What a garbage call from the refs handing wild a pp in 3rd. Can't say I agree with Bednar pulling vary on our power play either knowing how bad we are at face offs

Such a terrible call by Bedner. At least see if we win the face off and then pull Varly
Good grief what a garbage 3rd period, can't even clear puck out of zone
Epic collapse pretty pathetic after 4 days off
From my perspective it was an incredible 3rd period, kept the puck in the zone the entire time, and came up with some timely goals.
All kidding aside, the Avalanche look like a very good team, just a poor time to have a bad period. And the Flames look like they might be going on a run, 3 wins in a row and points in 4 straight games.
Yeah it doesnt seem like this team will go anywhere due to lack of scoring outside the first line. Heard an interesting opinion that the avs should offer the leafs a trade for nylander to try and help.
The Avs BARELY squeaked into the Playoffs, last season. This year, they are playing like they just won the Stanley Cup and don't need to work hard against teams with equal talent. And this is a team that is one year away from being arguably the worst team in recent NHL history. If this team doesn't play with a sense of urgency, they won't be anywhere near making the Playoffs this season. Right now, after losing 5 straight, the Avs are a laughing-stock.
