That would be awesome. We've let the Steelers know our intention of talking to him since his contract there is up.

Maybe bring in Zac Taylor as OC now?

    Has Munchak ever OC'd?

    EDIT

    As coach:

    Houston Oilers (1994–1996)
    (Offensive assistant/quality control coach)
    Tennessee Oilers/Titans (1997–2010)
    (Offensive line coach)
    Tennessee Titans (2011–2013)
    (Head coach)
    Pittsburgh Steelers (2014–present)
    (Offensive line coach)

He wonít be brought in as OC. It will be as OL coach. They may add Assistant HC to his title to help the cause

This is/would be a brilliant move by Elway. Offer the HC job to Fangio to get his brilliance on defense over to Denver knowing that Munchaks contract is up in Pittsburgh so he can lure him over to be Denvers Oline coach

Mike Munchak OL/ Assisant HC next year would be huge.

A former HC for Fangio to lean on when needed (hopefully not much as Fangio said) and also a veteran offensive guy to help the OC out and also be the voice in the offensive coaching meeting room.

Fangio and Munchak together would be great. Both are real teachers... they actually coach players up!

This actually makes a lot of sense when Fangio will be calling plays

Seeing as Munchak philosophies don't align with Kubiak 100% .......... I wonder if they do with Musgrave........ and if they do if that could work. I know a lot of you don't wanna see Musgrave anymore. I wouldn't mind seeing something new too -
    - I can't wait to see how this new offense is going to come together

I think that would be the best appeal. A dual title and a big raise.

I remember someone speculating that the Broncos might try to get both Fangio and Munchak and that was shouted down as impossible by a couple of people. Hmmm, who could have speculated that?...Who could it have been?...

Now with Kubiak gone, perhaps the prediction of Dave Ragone as OC (has links to both Munchak and Fangio) might actually come true as well?
