    When talking to OCs I usually judge them based on their eagerness to talk to a DC to learn. OCs love talking to each other about how great they are, and talking about the next great thing, but only the good ones sit down with defensive coaches to understand what works and why?

    Yep. And Vic said as much when he was hired. I don't think we have to worry about the next guy's offense being too predictable.

    His contract expires, and his daughter/grand-daughter, live in Denver.

    May wanna move and be closer with them.
