So whats this guys deal? Has he ever called plays before, what kind of system does he run, and what types of players does he need for his system? Just asking because heís literally the only guy we interviewed for the job.

I would assume that Scangarello will run the exact same Offense that Kyle Shanahan runs in San Francisco.

    He is a Shanahan disciple.

He is his own natural offensive genius who was in the process of designing a unique and brilliant system, when he noticed through intensive study, that Kyle Shanahan uses nearly the same concepts as he was already attempting to design.

Because of the similarities in their natural concepts, he took a major pay cut (from 6 figures to nearly nothing) to serve as an entry level intern on Shanahan's Atlanta staff. Working his way up because of his talent. He had to leave after his intern season because bills have to get paid; so he took his knowledge back to the college ranks as an OC.

1 year later Shanahan got the HC job in SF so Scrangarello followed him as his right hand man on offense (SF has no official OC since Kyle is the playcaller), while in SF he discovered Mullins and coached up Jimmy G and Bethoud in the Shanahan system to great success.

He was essentially already a brilliant offensive mind, but did literally "whatever it took" to get under the wing of Shanahan to put the icing on his system's cake. He is ready for this; and we are lucky to have him.

Just a question who "gets an offer he cannot refuse"?

    Is it no Ints?
    Is it no holding calls?
    Is it no fumbles?

    Remains to be seen.

It will be interesting if Fangio*s group can put elite performances on the field!

I am sorry Kubes is not here, but we have smart football guys so lets see where things fall!

That is what Iíve heard. He actually slept on a couch for a short time while in Atlantas facility because he was in from 6am to midnight going over plays with Kyle Shanahan.

Obviously heís been with Shanahan up until now in San Francisco so Iím almost 100 percent positive that heíll run the same system.

But donít confuse it with Gary Kubiaks, itís more high powered with no ha d cuffing the quarterback.
