Would You Trade Picks With The Raiders?

I think the title is fairly self explanatory. If the Raiders came to you as the GM of the Broncos and offered the 24th and 27th overall picks for the 10th pick, would you do it? Who would you take at those positions?

For the 10th pick? No I wouldn’t, but find a way to get Carr in there and I would

Nope, and If we did i would NOT use the 1st 3 picks on the oline wow. Worst mock I'd seen in a while imo

If they gave their two other first and their second I’d have to think real hard about it.

1a) one of the CB: Greedy/Baker/Murphy or a WR
    1b) Dexter Lawerence
    2a) Risner
    2b) Mack Wilson

That would be hard to pass on imo

That's they only way we make a deal, if we get Carr and one of their later picks. Realistically, it'll never happen because division teams never trade with each other

Unrealistic IMO that Oakland would want to reduce their draft capital from 3 to 2 1st-rd picks while increasing a division rival's from 1 to 2 1st-rd picks. However, in terms of value, it would be a fair deal.

    Pick #10 = 1300 points
    Pick # 24 + #27 = 740 + 680 = 1420 points

    http://www.drafttek.com/NFL-Trade-Value-Chart.asp

This difference of 120 points equals a late 3rd-rd pick. Even if teams don't exactly follow Jimmy Johnson's chart anymore, the current value must be close to that.

The Raiders know the Broncos could rebuild their o-line with this move, so I don't see why they'd do it.

I like your focus on OL.

Understood and ideally, I would like to draft

    R1 TE, WR,
    R2 DL

    BUT

1.) The offensive line fields five players at a time.
(no other position fields as many)

2.) We need a starting RG, swing tackle, and prepare for
    Leary's and McGovern's departure.
(replacements may be found in later rounds but I say invest
in quality OLmen now and give our future rookie QB a solid OL)

3.) A solid OL can transform an offense.
(see DAL, DEN's back to back SB wins, etc.,)

4.) OL has been our Achilles heel for the past several years.
(either we keep our QB upright and give him time, or we're looking
    at another subpar season.)

Agree to disagree on my ridiculous mock. lol

I cannot wait for the draft!

I think that mock is really ugly at first glance, but would be a dream come true for the Oline to get that stability.

    Agreed.

Yearly stability is vital in building familiarity, and trust with the person next to you. I feel this would be ideal for the five men protecting most likely the face of the franchise and responsible for creating lanes for running backs.

    Time will tell.

Love it Mozzer! Least someone sees the huge need for some more talent on the OL.

What really worries me about this is that you could draft all 3 guys and if your 2020 prediction is correct. We may still be a bad oline and may still need to draft OT. If Bolles is avg or below again with Munchyk then I believe he is done here if not moved. With James, I am excited to see him take over RT and is prob the best RT we have had in years but he too has been beaten quiet a bit and holds a lot too.

Hopefully Risner can play T at the next level even though that are projecting him at G.
