Fant is Scangarello's guy, I'm pretty sure. Iowa may be the best tight end producer in country, and Fant is an alleged 'suped up version of George Kittle. It was definitely a pick of need, but with the right coaching I can see Fant making it to a second contract with us. Wade Harman, our tight ends coach, has worked with some good TE's in Atlanta, and he probably is overjoyed with getting a top end prospect to work with. Originally Posted by MHOC

I don't think that's an accurate assessment of his potential. The guy has speed, acceleration, and body control like a WR. While his blocking is questionable, he is very strong. He plays with a functional strength that will challenge anyone in a defensive backfield. He's going to a team with a QB that knows how to use the TE and likes to do it, and he's going to a team with big question marks at the position. Originally Posted by BroncoStampede
