He doesn't want to be in Washington any more. So I would love to see Elway look into getting this guy. When William's is healthy he is easily an elite lt in the NFL. He would also be a massive upgrade over Bolles

Trade Bolles and a 5th?
Bolles isn’t bad. We shouldn’t give up on him for Williams
Bolles has proven nothing but he is a lower teir lt at best with his recent play. Williams is one of the best LTs in the nfl, if not the best. i think this would be a huge upgrade. i hope bolles can prove to be a good LT. but i am not sure he will ever reach of the coversation as one of the best.

Trent Williams I read has only played 2 full NFL seasons. Good player, but injury prone. I think Bolles has potential under Munchak, he has shown that he can improve.

Bolles isn’t so good in pass protection but he’s been pretty good as a run blocker. I think he deserves the chance to grow with a consistent amount of years with the same offensive line coach wether it be Munchak or Kuper.
Perhaps Bolles and Risner should actually swap positions though to make life easier on him. I know I’ll be criticized but he may be better suited to play guard.

I'd be more interested in that move if Munchak can't get him to be able to properly do a pass set consistently this year. Last year he had ups and downs, horrible at the start, very good for about 6-8 weeks and then a tough finish. If Munchak can get him to play 16 games the way he played that stretch I think they'll be on to something.
I would also worry about his size inside. He's listed as 6'5 297, but he's a lean 297. As a guard I'd want him to put on another 10-15 pounds, so that he can anchor inside against the big boys when they try to bull rush him.
But I don't think your idea is a bad one, and certainly I don't think it should be criticized. I'd just give him one more chance with a coach who's known for developing.
Bolles has a nasty side that I love. I think he is an adequate pass blocker and with the guidance of Mike munchak I think he could be something special, just my opinion
