It is all BB! The Pats are nothing without him! When the Pats missed the playoffs with an 11-5 record it was only the 2nd time that happened in league history. Most teams do make the playoffs with an 11-5 record. And when you play in the AFC east... its always easy!!!

"The 2008 New England Patriots season was the 39th season for the team in the National Football League and 49th season overall. The Patriots were defending AFC champions. Despite finishing the regular season with an 11–5 record, the Patriots did not qualify for the playoffs—becoming the first 11-win team since the expansion to a 12-team playoff in 1990 to not make the playoffs, as well as only the second team since the NFL expanded to a 16-game regular season in 1978. The New England Patriots scored the 2nd most points in the league that year and gave up the 6th fewest points." All without Brady! Go figure! BB>Brady

Some of you are just slow, it's not even funny. The Pats MISSED the playoffs with their easy schedule, and Belichick needed Brady that year to get in. Again, the number of wins is not indicative (it's a SAT word, so you should look it up) of how good you are. The 2008 Pats beat some really bad teams and lost to all the good ones. There's not a single good team the Pats were able to beat that year. They lost to the Colts, Steelers, and even the Chargers. Get it?

Wrong, the Pats scored the 8th most points in the league, after being number 1 the year before, so it was a big drop off (next time you Google you might want to look at the NFC side as well). And the offense was top 10 because of the team's easy schedule. Even the crap Jets were in the top 10 offensively. And what does the defense have anything to do with Brady? Nevermind the fact that the defense was 8th in points allowed, not 6th.

Doesn't fit your arguement so its childish trolling we get from you..... 11 win season.... top 10 offense, (out of 32).... Cassel threw 21 Td's and 3693 yards in 15 games. His rating was 89.4 rating..... He was 9th in completions, 8th in yards, 10th in ypg.... Are these Brady, Brees, or Manning stats? No, but it was in the upper level that season and it's all due to BB's system. You can say all you want about strength of schedule.. That's a silly stat to try and argue with. It's the NFL.... Each team has pro bowl players and pro talent...... it doesn't fit your arguement, so you act childish...

look in the mirror son, you truly are the gift that keeps on giving...

as someone already pointed out to you the fact that an 11-5 team missed the playoffs is such a rare instant that has happened only one other time in history, so it's really unheard of that it happened & to claim it was even due to a weak schedule? are you for real with this crap?

boy this argument you are attempting to make is beyond asinine & you simply don't have a leg to stand on.

just because you have a man crush on tammy doesn't mean you don't have to accept that it is in fact all bill belichek & tammy is nothing more than a puppet in bills game ha ha!

It must be horrible to be bronco fan and live in New England and watch the Patriots.dynasty. So you must know that the broncos are not considered a Patriot rival. Also you must know the Pats Defense will be a top 5 def and back in the AFC Championship.

Neither Brady nor Belichik has a winning record against the Broncos.

Don’t lecture me on my team, especially about something that happened over 10 years ago and has nothing to do with the current team. I remember the 2008 season well. I remember Matt Cassell not being able to beat a single good team that year, so the 11-5 record was overrated. Brady has routinely beaten the best teams in the league. And if Brady were really a system QB, Bill would have unloaded him years ago for someone much cheaper. Now get lost.

You’re a grown man and can’t even spell the word “argument?” Not once, but twice?

Again, for the 100th time, Cassell couldn’t get it done against the good teams on the schedule, teams which Brady routinely dispatches.

fhe? agains? If you're gonna nitpick about misspelled words, it might be a good idea to not misspell words...........

There’s a difference between a typo and actually thinking that “arguement” is a real word, which is why I pointed to the fact he misspelled it the same way twice.

It is great to be Broncos fan and live in New England. Why would it not be great? The Broncos have beat the best your dynasty has had to offer. You are right the Broncos are not a Patriot rival.
4-1 is not a rivalry. Pats Defense will be a top 5 def and back in the AFC Championship remains to be seen.

Once again, a moronic argument from the little child. IMO, it's like you claiming a bank robber is a much worse than a person that robs a 7-11.
    Their the same, ROBBERS!
