I couldn't imagine having B/O again, but then again maybe having B/O again isn't such a bad thing?

Need to wait and see who gets cut before we answer that question

At that point we will know if we have a franchise qb or not.
and its just a sprained thumb, not broken, not torn

putting him on ir where he cant work with the team would be worse for him learning

Agreed. I'm of the opinion more so now that the team should just keep Hogan on the team until Lock is healed by week 4 or so.

From what Iíve read itís a Grade 2 sprain which involves some tearing, just not enough to require surgery. Itís still pretty serious.

Sam Bradford or Landry Jones. If Jarrett Stidham earns the backup role in New England, Brian Hoyer could be a possibility.

No way do I want to see a Landry Jones or a Brian Hoyer in a Denver Broncos Uniform ever that is like having Mark Sanchez Back UGH.....Now I would like to see if Denver can pry Nick Mullens away from the 49ers.. BTW How is Sloter doing in Minnesota? I saw a High Light of Sloter gaming ....

Yep, true that. Brock does have experience and played great against Fangio's D last year. We shall see.

It was reported that topic came up when the Niners were in Denver, but that they aren't interested at the moment.

Yeah! That's funny. Stranger things have happened. Kind of doubt his former teammates would be thrilled to have him back. Think the bridge got blown up behind him.

Given Jimmy Gís propensity for missing games because of injury, I donít know why the Niners would trade away one of their quarterbacks.

It's true that there's a crucial role for many different players of differing skill levels...but this really feels like we've wandered into a crappy used car lot, shopping for some discarded rust bucket.

Elway: "Can this thing even start?"
    Dealer: "Kinda."
