However I think Muhammad and Jackson both offer much more explosiveness. Jackson will probably be put on the PS but I don’t think Muhammad is eligible, could be wrong but if he keeps playing like he did in game one he won’t make it there anyway. Booker is a reliable pass catcher and offers more power as well as being solid in pass pro.

I’m just not sure how much Riddick brings to the table for us

I am puzzled by this move. I thought by the way Muhammad Played was exceptional so why even bring in another RB?

Maybe the coaches arenít as high on the WR depth as we are? He does offer proven positional flexibility as we can line him up in the backfield with another RB and motion him out to give an idea of what the defense is in, could also force the defense to keep an extra LB and not go in their nickle formation.

I still donít think he makes the team. Muhammad looks very good and if we keep either over Booker that leaves us with Freeman and Janovich as short yardage options and Iím not sure Freeman will be the most durable RB.

Riddick was a good pick up. Already out 6-8 weeks

And I wonder about Jano...if his replacement plays well in his absence ....he might be a camp cut too... which I don’t like,,,

I could see riddick being our slot receiver. He has the hands and speed... good multi treat option ...except he’s injured too now..

I was really looing forward to seeing him in this offense. This sucks. Hope he can get and stay healthy.

I don't know. He's banged up a lot. He's a really good receiver, and decent runner. You can use him as your primary back if your starter gets hurt, but he's really a utility player, and he almost assuredly will get injured when you ask him to carry the ball a lot. If we still have him around, we can use him like a poor man's Tarik Cohen or something. He annihilated that linebacker or safety that was covering him early in the Seattle game. If Hogan hadn't missed him by about three feet, he would've pickup up around 30, and might've scored with a block or two.

I'd much rather see us try to use Lindsay as a three down. Not crazy usage, but around 18-19 touches a game to see how he does as a receiver and durability wise. We've got Freeman, and we still got Booker or whoever else to spell him here and there. How are we going to know what Lindsay can really do unless we give him the work? That's my philosophy.
