    If Janovich wasnít injured Fangio could have tried Aston at ILB. Aston wasnít a FB until college. Aston played ILB all four years in HS.

    These preseason games are awful to watch.

    The Niners could probably get a decent pick for Mullens if they're sold on Beathard as their backup. Of course their starter is a question mark.

    They have to cut Hogan tomorrow. It's the right thing to do. Hopefully he can catch on somewhere else but it's clear that Lock is the #2.

    It depends on Lock's injury. If he can't play against the Rams, or take reps in practice then you need the extra arm around.
