Itís nothing personal with Elway, itís just observation. I hope Callahan is one of the keys to help to get the team back to winning. I think the earliest weíll seem would be week 4.

Of course it isnít personal. Hard to turn a blind eye to the current state of the team. I also hope Callahan can contribute, but itís rare for a guy to come in and be a force after missing that much football. Even if we see him in week 4, it will probably be a couple weeks before heís really in game shape.

Feel like this is never going to happen. I hope he heals fully .... I'm not even gonna anticipate that he'll be active week 4, too disappointed each time I look forward to his first season game with us ...

There was a comment on Mile High Report about Callahan - possibility he may not play in 2019.

Non surgical procedure puts him out for another 4 weeks minimum. Looks like we can't count on him this season.

I think Bausby is a solid player. Its Yiadom that we have to be concerned about.

Yiadom was benched for Bausby last game, and now Bausby is expected to go in as the starter. so we will defintelly be seeing less of Yiadom. i mean he only played 14 snaps last Sunday

It's a shame that pulling Yiadom for Bausby wasn't made sooner.

Someone posted in another thread that Cecil Lammy said per Elwayís request, Yiadom is to play over Bausby. If true, this really upsets me on several fronts. Elway needs to allow the coach to determine these things and stop inserting himself in these matters.

This shouldnít come as a surprise to anyone. When I read last week he was still experiencing a lot of pain meant there was a lingering issue.

Elway seriously has a thing for injury-prone players. It's really annoying.

The problem isnít making a mistake occasionally, itís repeating the same tendency. He does it with draft picks and free agents. Itís sheer incompetence.
