Also agree that the trust vs ownership issue needs to be solved ASAP.
FWIW I agree with your assessment of how the team is managed.

I think Ellis and Elway came to a compromise that suits both their assumed strong points.

So who should we fire first? LOL

All you need to do is reframe the negative.

For every negative play, just think how
it improves our draft selection, which will be misused.
Just more misery. Suck enough to get a great draft pick, only to risk spending it on someone like Bolles, Fant, or Lynch.

Ellis should fire Elway, then ceremoniously resign on the 50 yard line in front of the entire crowd.

I know, it sounds off putting, but we need to keep things in perspective here and start with the guy primarily responsible for the football operations. If Ellis is either a) incapable or b) unwilling to make a change, then yeah, we should be looking at him instead.
If Elway isn't running the show, but rather Ellis, than I have zero trust in Elway either, who cannot stand up for what needs to be done for this team. I want a GM who has a spine and won't let a controlling trust member run the show from behind the curtains and be a puppet.

I think fans should focus and put advertisement pressure on the Bowlen family to settle their family issues
because they're the key to all of this instability.

A lot of history between the two. Personally, I don't think Ellis has the cajones to fire Elway. So by my own definition, he very much is part of the problem as well.

    Who knows really?

For all we know, they'll be part of Sunday's yard sale at Empower.

    How empowering.

Pretty hard to defend Elway at this point, how many more bad decisions can he survive? Itís been a comedy or errors since Super Bowl 50.

What was his comment during the off-season? Something like ďIím going to keep swinging and missingĒ. Yeah obviously John.... lol

I think we just need to lock them in a room.
