I really thought we would have won that game at home.
This is what all his offenses looked like with the Ravens so those of us that watch a ton of NFL games aren't surprised. What will really grate you after a bad loss where he played poorly is he will never take responsibility for it and he will always talk about the team and how it isn't any one person.
Contrast that with Brady, Manning, or even some of the young Qb's like Lamar who was visibly upset this week despite winning and are more then willing to put the blame on themselves. Flacco ever since he got his deal has never been ticked off for greatness and has been plenty fine with being mediocre. For me anyways it's okay to have the nickname Joe Cool but if things are falling apart around you and you aren't playing well then you really shouldn't be cool with that.
At least I have never seen an "elite" qb that was. Last season as an example the Ravens were concerned that too many of his passes were being batted down and tipped so they wanted him to come into camp on his own time to work on that. He refused and belittled the effort.

Fangio’s comments on Bolles, reported on ESPN:
https://www.espn.com/espn/now?nowId=21-41077003-4
“We have the best offensive line coach in the business here (in Mike Munchak). And Garett’s going to learn from this game. They have some good players. And he’s going to learn from it and he’ll move on. But he’s our left tackle and he’s gonna be our left tackle and he needs to play without holding. Again, I haven’t seen the plays he was called for so my comments are a little bit of the ignorant nature right now.’’

Maybe we can build on these tough losses???
We almost pulled that game out of our behinds, and we couldn't make a stop when we really needed to.
That is on the DC and the HC.
(IMO)
At least Joseph had the sense to have Simmons try to jump the line and block an important kick.
I said this in another thread but Elways decisions are becoming a comedy of errors.
I know Denver fans are still in love with Elway the football player but they need to become more loyal to Pat Bowlens Broncos over John Elway the executive, his errors, and arrogance.
0-2 for only the third time in 52 years.
Let that sink in!
You could literally hear, “go bears” chants in Mile High stadium.
That should ring volumes to the FO when considering the product on the field. I thought this was a business, not a “you’ll get em next time John”...

I fine with Elway for now.
After this year or next and we aren't winning, then let's change course.
