That roughing the passer call on Chubb has to be one of the worst calls that I have seen in an NFL game. He was literally hitting Trubisky at the same moment he was releasing the ball. There was no roughing there. None at all. You watch it over and over again and see the same thing. Total bullcarp (yes, carp) call.

I am actually fairly certain that the exact same official who made that call was also the one who did not throw the flag on Robey-Coleman in the Rams-Saints playoff games.

This is why NFL makes me laugh. A coach can challenge a bad PI call, or one that wasn’t called when it should’ve been...

But they can’t challenge a bad roughing the passer call?

Why are challenges arbitrary?

Either you can throw a red flag to challenge a call or you can’t, no?
