    RIP John Ralston

I started watching the Broncos in 1969 at the age of six when Lou Saban was the coach, but John Ralston was the first Broncos coach I can remember. While not the greatest coach, he was a fantastic talent evaluator, and he built the Orange Crush. RIP Coach Ralston.

He brought respectability to the Broncos and set the stage for R re d Miller to take us to the Super Bowl.

I just found out about his passing today, he brought a new winning attitude to Denver and set the stage for the good things to come. I have a few letters from him, as a young teenager here in PA. I wrote to him a few times in 1975 and he was gracious enough to write back and send me some Bronco things too.

Rest in Peace, you did wonderful things for the Broncos and were very much responsible for the 1977 Super Bowl team......
