I think he is eligible week 10 to play. Week 8 to come back to practice.

He was cleared to begin throwing with a private QB coach last week.

He can begin practicing with the team after the Titans game.

The first game he can suit up for is the Browns game.

I didn't know he was already cleared to start throwing. Goes to show that the FO screwed up by putting him on IR for Corey Nelson.

Yep, this pretty much answer it.

If a player is placed on IR during the regular season, he is eligible to return to practice after six weeks and eligible to play again after eight weeks. Theres a catch, though. NFL teams are allowed to bring back just two players from IR per year.
