    What's Your Broncos' Win/Loss Prediction for 2019?

I see this team closing in on a "fork" in the road, because just when they appear to still have a chance, they come up short, and with a fairly tough schedule ahead. Then there are the discussions about what to do with players - trade, hold, bench???

After the dismal display at home on Thursday, I look ahead, and wonder what may be. Here's the schedule:

    @ Indy
    Cleveland
    Bye
    @ Vikings
    @ Bills
    Chargers
    @ Texans
    @ KC
    LIons
    Raiders

Trying to be objective, I do not see us winning more than 5 of those games. 7 and 9 at best. And if things do not improve, based on what we just witnessed, I lean towards 6 and 10.

Funny thing though, in other threads I mention how The AFC seems weak, so 7 and 9 might get you close, and 8 and 8 is a real playoff possibility this season. Mind you, lots can happen, and some teams will rise/some will fall.

    What's your take?

That Lock and Patrick come back, allowing for Patrick to slide into Sanders roll as we trade off sanders for a late 3rd early 4th. We lose the next 2 going into the buy week and start Lock following that. We beat the chargers and Raiders. Finishing with 4 wins, end up at a draft pick between 4-7 in the 2020 draft where we select our LT for the next 10 years.

I love the thought of having a franchise QB and a "franchise" LT!!!! Those two players alone would right the ship in my books, as long as we have someone making the most out of our personnel moves (incl. coaches and players)

I went 6-10 which I think is a little optimistic, but still realistic.

I see it like this, if this group can not go on a strong run (which seems to be a realistic expectation based on play to date), and we all accept that we need changes....then 6 and 10 or worse would at least help find us a high quality young player, and maybe even 2 or 3. I am not saying tanking, rather take what comes, and make the most of it.

BUT, no plan is a good plan if we keep making the same mistakes, over and over again. It is a waste of opportunity. In many sports, there are loads of examples of how getting top draft picks can change a team for the good, for a long time. Of course teams like Cleveland had trouble learning of the importance of high draft picks. But for me, if you can name teams that had lots of high draft picks and did not succeed, I will name you a team with a bad front office.

No way they go on a ten game losing streak.

If they do, all o’ y’all better apologize to Vance Joseph.

They have to win at least one more game.

I see potentially 6 more wins. All the home games (CLE, LAC, DET and OAK) and the Bils and Texans on the road.

After that embarrassment there's a good chance we beat the Colts.

I'm going with 8-8 which is as optimistic as I can possibly be right now.

Any less then 4 and Fans will be wearing brown paper bags over their heads with Elway's name on them.

I had the Broncos at 9-7 before the season. If they post a 7-9 record can I get credit for having the 9 and 7 in the wrong order?

4-12 or 5-11 seems like a realistic record at this point.
