Flacco calling out coaches after the game

Joe Flacco basically said that the coaches cost them the game today, saying they should have allowed them to either go for it on 4th down, or thrown it on third when they were trying to close out the game. He said essentially they're playing not to lose the game.

    Good for him!!!!
The coaches played not to lose and it got us beat.
Get 5 yards and we run the clock.

Heard that, and that’s the most emotion I’ve heard from him since he’s been here. Appreciate him saying at the very least he wants to play for touchdowns instead of first downs.

Did he say anything about his indecision at the goal line on two series in the first half?

They're not talented enough offensively, other than roll the dice and hope for a bit of luck

I agree with him completely. They have 12 touch downs on the season playing not to lose.

This one is on Fangio as much as Scangarello because Fangio hasn’t gone over to rich and said “what the heck are you thinking”!

That's a good way to get yourself cut Joe! Keep it up!

For real tho, I love that he said that. Someone has to.

Uh Jano and Sutton are talented enough if the right plays are called to get the right match ups needed down the field and in the red zone!

It’s a lack of clarity, boldness, confidence etc and it starts with the play caller.

You could also start throwing for completions and change the play at the line of scrimmage if you see something better. Flacco is as much to blame.

He is right. And he is also responsible for his awful play.

Fangio should be saying it but more less on the sideline during the game.

I’d rather him throw it away, then make a poor pass while getting flushed out the pocket and get intercepted.

He’s not playing good football by any stretch, but let’s not be ridiculous.

Third and 5 in Indy territory and we felt good running ball up gut, punting, and playing defense.

1- we suck, we are 2-5... what is there to lose?

2- we allowed a FG drive right before half.

3- we have allowed 2 game winning FG drives already this season.

Naturally, Indy marches and gets the game winning FG.

    The coaches are such losers.

Be aggressive. You got 2 downs to get 5 yards to win the game. If not, well, you still can stop the other team.

Now, the OC May replay with: I let Flacco throw 3 times on first and goal from 2 and it was 3 consecutive INC....

    They all suck!

He has a point, but in fairness, if they’d thrown it there he probably gets sacked and losses 10 yards.

Problem is Fangio is like most defensive HC’s. Especially after last week’s debacle, we won’t see aggressive offense for the rest of the year.
