Pats Look Different vs a Real team

Pats can’t choose their schedule, and they have looked great all year but tonight they looked like a college team that’s been beating up community college level teams and finally ran into a ranked team and got schooled.

Only one game but should be interesting to see them go against the Eagles, Cowboys, Texans, & Chiefs.

You can only stay on top for so long and then you fall. Ouch

Such a hypocrite. You don't show up for weeks and then all of a sudden the Pats lose one...

Baltimore played a great game. They had 2 weeks to game plan vs NE and did a masterful job. NE always has trouble vs RPO teams. Still they are 8-1.
Super Bowl Wins: Brady - 6 Elway - 2 Manning - 2 (played well in none and took HGH)

Pats got beat up. It happens. Baltimore made the big plays. Hat tip to them.

The “Boogeymen” got run on to death. Lamar Jackson played a great game. Not going to win giving up 200+ rushing yards.

New England has been beaten decisively several times over the years by RPOs.

BB will be spending extra time watching game film from last night.

When you have a cupcake schedule the first half of the season, you start to get cocky especially with their "#1 defense". Easy to have a top defense when you play the most garbage teams and offenses. It's nice seeing that pack of cheaters get humbled.

This loss will probably benefit pats more than hurt them, but they definitely don’t look unstoppable or like the 85 bears when they have a good team in front of them.

The goal is to win the SB, not to be the 85' Bears.

I didn't see the game. Did the pats get exposed or was it simply a matter of not playing well enough?

The Ravens were really good. They exposed our run defense and our struggles against the RPO. We also took a lot of undisciplined penalties. They won with no excuses from my end. I think we can take them at home in the playoffs though.

Their OL was exposed to some degree. Some of that problem could be remedied when injured player come back

Brady historically plays average to under average in Baltimore. A lot of people saw this coming against the tough Louisville QB product.

Still aside from the muffed punt, the Pats did a great job forcing TO's and almost took control.

The biggest thing is the AFC East's schedule is incredibly easy this year. Even the Bills have a plush schedule the rest of the way.

The year the Broncos last won the SB, the Panthers played a super easy schedule and it fooled MANY into thinking the Panthers would kill the Broncos.
The beatings will continue until morale improves....

That was a good win, against a .500 team.
