Dog days for the non play off teams broncos draft

    So,

Slow day at the office. Decided to play with the Draft Machine on The Draft Network site. Using their predictive draft setting this is what it spit out....with a little help from me of course.

    NYG 2 Chase Young, EDGE

    WAS 3 Andrew Thomas, OT

    MIA 4 Tua Tagovailoa, QB

    DET 6 Jeffrey Okudah, CB

    ARI 7 Tristan Wirfs, OT

    JAC 8 Kristian Fulton, CB

    NYJ 9 Trevon Diggs, CB

    LAC 10 Alex Leatherwood, OT

    DEN 11 Jerry Jeudy, WR

    PHI 12 CeeDee Lamb, WR

    TB 13 Justin Herbert, QB

    CAR 14 Grant Delpit, S

    IND 17 Derrick Brown, IDL

    OAK 18 Paulson Adebo, CB

    TENN 19 Javon Kinlaw, IDL

GB 27 Laviska Shenault Jr., WR

    NO 28 Jordan Love, QB

    NEN 29 K'Lavon Chaisson, EDGE

    SF 30 Creed Humphrey, IOL

    BAL 31 Yetur Gross-Matos, EDGE

    SEA 32 A.J. Terrell, CB

    ************************************************** *********************

    BRONCOS PICKS BY ROUND

    1. Jerry Jeudy WR Alabama
    2. Prince Tega Wanogho OT Auburn
    3. Leki Fotu IDL Utah
    3. Lloyd Cushenberry III G/C LSU
    3. Soloman Kindley G, Georgia
    4. Chaz Surratt LB, North Carolina
    4. Chase Lucas CB, Arizona State
    6. Stanford Samuals III CB, Florida State
    7. Kamal Martin LB, Minn

As you can see with our lower draft position the draft didnt fall in a way for us to capilize on either of the top tackles or defensive game changer.
With out the ability to trade back I went with one of the 2 best WR.
This allowed me to attack the trenches hard with up and coming players who given another year would potentially be drafted a round higher.
I also went after guys who need more time at their respective positions at LB and CB.
The double dip in the interior Oline I believe is needed with all of the changes coming. Also you'll note that there is a continuation with my high upside theme at these positions as well.
    Please critique away!

Yea and with the computer doing its thing, who knows. But in its defense, both of those teams have a need at DB and it wouldnt be far fetched for them to select those 2, depending on how they test out of course.

JEudy is a beast, i just can't see him dropping to far outside the top 5. he is getting Comparisons to Amari Cooper. Dude has special written on his chest all over. i just don't see him droping much

i am not sure what i think of the isiah Simmons pick that high, they also have Deion Jones who is a playmaker. but i guess the rest of the core is kinda weak. but why do you see a guy like Simmons over Okudah there. i think the main need in alanta is cornerback and odukah looks really good.
