He already announced he's coming out.

Here's a good read from the Raiders SBNation page:

Have to admit I'd be alright if we took him with our 1st pick as long as it isn't higher than 10. He's basically Sutton pt. 2 but better after the catch imo.

Lindsay, Shenault and Winfree would be a nice CU connection on our offense. We really need some help on the line though.

He also went to Von Miller's high school.

Hes good just after a down year and another year dealing with injuries Id be surprised if he went in the top half of the 1st round. I dont expect him to run a blazing 40 time either so he could see a similar draft day fate as Sutton did. Id be all for him in the 2nd or even trading back in the 1st for him. The injuries are concerning though

i know he has been clocked in at CU as funning a 4.4 so i wouldn't expect a slow fort expecially for some one his size.

Having watched the kid against Nebraska the last 2 years, Shenault is really, really good. If you could get this kid in the second that would be a huge get. I still think we seriously look at OL in the first, but there are some really good players that could contribute in the weapon department that have to be considered too.

Imagine if a guy like Julian Edelman becomes available? I think we have to go LT in round 1 and kick Bolles down to compete inside. LT then C is where our first 2 picks should be. Then sign a veteran sure-handed slot guy. I think in FA we find that guy, along with addressing all 3 levels of the defense. Also we must lock down Simmons and Johnson.

Johnson is in either his first or second accrued season (not sure if he gets credit for the season last year) so he should be at worst an ERFA, so he'll be in Denver for at least a couple of more years.
