Listen, we all know Robert Kraft is not known for making the greatest decisions *wink, wink*

That would make a great book title How Stupid Do You Gotta Be by Robert Kraft

Couldn't they have done their filming at a Chiefs game under the guise of documentary, for example? None of this makes sense. Filming the backs of coaches of a 1-12 team? Gimme a break.
Dumb argument on your part. 12-18 years ago, your Pats filmed ALL teams they played. Not just the good teams. There's the answer to your question.

8 minutes of the bengals sideline?

"According to sources who have viewed the tape, it shows about eight minutes of footage focusing on recording the Bengalsí sideline," Dehner Jr. wrote. "Itís a direct view of the sideline as players run on and off the field and coaches make signals for plays."

So after already getting fined and losing a draft pick, they would risk getting caught for filming a 1-13 team? Yeah, makes sense.

Let's not forget the report says the league was notified at some time during the first 15 minute qtr. Having 8 minutes of illegally obtained film of your very next opponent is pretty significant.

If the tapes are started and stopped footage (as in different series) or if the focus changes from coach to coach (as in OC to DC) there is truly no explanation. If it's random footage it should be easy to write off.

    Lol-

It was interesting to hear the Bengals apparently have the original and the league has the copy. Pretty highly sought after footage if you ask me.....

Cheating is not a rational process. I think your franchise and its fans have incorporated a habit and history of cheating. Lets look at the proof....In the '80s, the Lakers' hotel always had fire-alarms set off late at night, during the NBA Finals in Boston....one Laker got food-poisoning in Boston....the snow-plow game....years of spygate....who knows how many years of deflate-gate....Steelers head-sets not working.....Chiefs bags being diverted to NJ....and now this. Your team and its cheating-fans are the lowest, no-class cheaters of ALL-TIME!

Is it possible the independent contractors were somehow paid off before the filming took place and told to pan their cameras toward the Bengals bench at certain intervals? Yes, no, maybe?
