i could see that there are some people i would still aviod at certian spots. or try to keep them low such as Suh. i also feel Suh is a DE in a 3-4 base.

IMO it is hard to judge the free agent pool until after franchise tags and stuff have been done.

There are players who look available now who will not be available later.

OL or WR. We'll see how the offseason develops and who the team falls in love with. Someone like Thomas or Jeudy could be a trade-up target. Wirfs, Shenault, Jackson, Ruggs, Becton, or Lamb targets at 15. Biadasz in a trade down? As it is now, a WR or OL is likely to be the BPA when we pick and both positions are needs for Denver.

Like a lot of others,Im not a big fan of taking a wideout with the first pick unless its a crazy standout with top 5 possibility of being picked.
I know we need to stop that OL being a human turnstile but if the draft was tomorrow and (as was likely but has maybe changed with latest ratings) Kinlaw is on the board,I look at what 15-20 are needing/looking at and see if I can get a few points for trading back a couple spots.
I just feel somewhat like Kinlaw, who can play almost any DB spot, would be a great pick and just what we need given the trouble weve had with injuries and a guy who can fill a couple of spots with a Defence specialised HC.
Not a sexy pick, but Id have liked Quentin Nelson when we had the 5 pick and that guy already looks a cert for Canton.

Until we know who the Broncos are keeping and what free agents they sign, this is an exercise in futility (though fun). I keep hearing that we need to sign the best player but if you already have talent there the pick pales in usefulness. Keep tearing up the keyboards but keep in mind that waiting improves your odds greatly.

The best player available at 15 may very likely be a Dlineman like Chaisson or Kinlaw. This also is very likely a need seeing as either Wolfe or Harris are gone.

You very well could be right and I'd be ok with that too. If we were sitting in the top 5 or even top 10 I'd be pushing hard for Okudah or Simmons but at 15 with so many needs we can truly take just about anyone that isn't a QB

There is a scenario where 4 Olineman, 3 WR , and Kinlaw are all gone before our pick. At that point, I think a trade back would be just fine. Simmons , Okuda gone too.

There will be 3 QBs gone in the top 10, someone will fall right into our laps I guarantee it. Plus, there are always surprise picks. Someone will go that were expected to go much later, happens every year

Not being in the quarterback race this year is beneficial because with this class being much stronger than a year ago, and not having a pick in the range to get one of them, we will have a couple guys pushed down the board into our laps who we can add.

I think QBs will be 3 in the top 5. It's also possible teams like Love and Eason enough to take one or both before 15. This time last year there were some that wouldn't take Kyler Murray in the 2nd.

I'm hoping that we avoid WR in the first unless we can trade back and get picks and a guy like Laviska. The positions I would want to target at 15 would be
    CB
    OL
    DL
