runs a 4.5, played with Lock in college and was the mackey runner up with him with 23 TDs?? sounds good to me!!!

Also getting a vibe that we are happy with our D.

    Nice to have Chubb returning!

Albert O was my favorite TE in this draft. If the #1 mission was to get Lock some more weapons. We knocked it out of the park. Even better that they have chemistry from college.

On another note, our tight end room is overloaded. Fant, Vannett, Okwuegbunam, Heuerman, Beck, Fumagalli, and Butt. I figure the last three names are the odd ones out considering they’re from a previous coaching regime.

Two wide receivers, a center and his top target from college.

The Broncos drafted Drew Lock last year, that’s true.

But this is the Drew Lock Draft.

Albert Okwuegbunam ran the 40-yard dash in 4.49 seconds. Noah Fant ran it in 4.50 seconds.

Serious speed from the tight end position.

Albert Okwuegbunam’s averages in 24 games with Drew Lock at Mizzou:

    3.0 catches/game
    36.7 yards/game
    12.2 YPC
    0.7 TD/game

His averages in 11 games without Lock:

    2.4 catches/game
    27.8 yards/game
    11.8 YPC
    0.5 TD/game

    Interesting numbers worth posting imo.

Actually nine. I'm guessing four of them will make the roster.

    Fant, Albert, Beck and Vanette?

Makes sense that 49ers made that trade given that Staley is expected to retire.
