There always the element of the unknown. How do you know that other teams weren't looking at him too?? In that same notion, maybe they felt there were multiple interior lineman that will be there at the next pick too

We have definitely done our research. Picks 2 and 3 may have been unexpected to most, but there are clearly what the brains trust wanted. We haven't been forced into bad decisions, these are our preferred options.

Thought he would have been a nice second selected CB for development and depth in the 4th/5th. As the first CB selected. A by if ahead scratcher.

Going to trust Fangio on this one. He has a pretty good record developing Defensive players

Michael Ojemudia is a solid zone CB with good feet and length. Athleticism is there too.

Exactly, it shows me these are Vic's plans for the team. That should make all the Elway haters Happy, he's listening to his coach

its a good fit he allowed a passer rating of 3 on intermediate passes and only one deep pass allowed against him. Fangio may have a gem here!

very good zone player who understands complex coverages, smart guy.

First pick - Great...but was sitting there
Second pick - Not needed as we much as other positions
Third pick - Position of need, but not the player I would have hoped for

No trades. Two more picks tonight. Lets get it back. Elway sometimes does what I don't love and then surprises later!!

He's also an electrical engineering major, so the brain trust may think he''ll be able to pick up the playbook and study other teams, and respond to coaching.

They are relentless with bringing up each player's personal tragedies. How have they not gotten the message on this yet??

I think Raiders and Broncos are coping each others draft program. Both with 2 WRs and a CB LOL

Love the CB pick. Speed, physical with size and great character. This is a Fangio
dB to play zone dawg defense
