Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Trade up to 10 or 11 and have our choice of the top 3 WRs. Let’s say comp is our first 3rd and a 4th next year.
OR
Stay at 15. And trade from 46 let’s say to Miami’s late 1st or the 49ers 1st. And that would cost us our 2nd and our late 3rd. Let’s say Andrew Thomas is still on the board after Jeudy or Ruggs fell to us at 15.
I don’t like scenario 1. I would rather wait or trade back.
I doubt scenario 2 is even possible but if we could walk away with Jeudy and Thomas that would be an incredible haul. I just can’t believe Thomas would still be on the board in the late first.

It would definitely be shocking. But I keep see him falling into the 20s in mocks. A lot will change I’m sure.
This draft will be different than any other. Those that did their due diligence will get rewarded....those that didn't......will suffer.....there will also be those that get lucky, and also those that get unlucky....as far as the question....prefer scenario 2. Regardless of said players....As much as I have promoted Ruggs....I just don't want to trade up from 15 for anyone. Let a quality player fall to us, and hopefully that will be Ruggs......now, trading back into the back end of the 1st round....I'm all for that !!! or tradiin a couple 3rds to get into the 2nd for two picks, all for that.....but in reality.... just make the picks we have as long as we pick leaders / captains and football savvy players as we have the last two years....
At this point I don't want to trade at all. I think Denver has done great in FA and they can just sit tight and draft the best player that falls to them
I always felt that trading up in the first round should be for a franchise QB or cornerstone left tackle. Otherwise, stay where you are at or trade down if you get an offer that's worth it.
As much as I would like Ruggs, Jeudy, or Lamb, I be happy staying at 15 and taking Jefferson, if we can't get a good offer to move down, or trading down and taking Jefferson, Aiyuk or Mims.
Same for OT. If we can't get Wirfs, Wills, Thomas, or Becton, then moving down and taking Josh Jones or Ezra Cleveland is a preferable option.
Kinlaw is an option, and given that some may have questions about his knee, and since teams can't meet with players and get physicals, I could see him slide to 15. Casey is 30 and Harris is on a one year deal, so, I could see us taking him. Or, if Kinlaw falls to 15, there may be a team that may want to move up to take him. Therefore, we may have a chance to trade down.
i am kinda against trading up unless i think there is a super special prospect. so taking i have Thomas as my top OT prospect i would do that in a second, but i doubt he makes it to us at 15 let alone ebing able to trade back in to get him
Sit tight at #15. Unless the Broncos make the move high enough for Simmons there are several options at their pick. I think this will be a year where Elway sticks with #15, although it wouldn’t surprise me to see a trade down.
