Leftover Meals That Taste Really Good The Next Day!!

Some food stands up over night, and some, well...not so well. I am going to just give 5 foods that I can eat the next day and even look forward to it:

    1) Pizza....this coming from a guy that could eat pizza almost every day! Now, I do not eat cold pizza. But warmed up and lets start all over again!!

    2) Turkey and stuffing....Lets be clear, by day 3 (after Christmas, Easter or Thanksgiving), I am barely into sandwich mode. BUT day two, just heat it up, pour some gravy on it, and we got a good thing going!!

    3) Chinese - We tend to order from a local restaurant, and we get so much for the money that day two is not only plentiful but almost just as tasty....except maybe the rice.

    4) Pasta - I especially love pasta with a red sauce, and meatballs...or meat sauce. I love it back to back!

    5) Pies / Cakes - cmon, if you know me, dessert is a meal!!!

What say you? I know I missed a bunch.

Usually if I order Indian food I'll get a few curries and reheat one the following day, or have half of each and save the other halves, one of my favourite leftover dishes!

That's my favorite meal, but I prefer it at the restaurant with chips and salsa appetizer, a margarita and the fresh garnish of shredded lettuce & tomatoes, Spanish rice, etc. If those things are recreated at home with some flamenco guitar music, then I might agree with you.
