    Cecil's role?

what will Cecil Sapp's role be this year? I think he should start @ FB, or at least be on special teams.

He will backup Kyle Johnson this year, and be a special teams standout that he was last year. I was impressed with him when he did start at FB though, but not as much as I was with Kyle Johnson.

Cecil is battling for the backup FB position behind Kyle Johnson who is a lock to start.

Yeah, who is he battling with? He should compete with Johnson for #1 FB spot IMO.

He'll probably be the back up fullback. There's no way that Johnson loses the job, he's too good. Reminds me of Howard Griffith.

My thoughts exactly. Cecil's got a lot of potential as an FB, but I think Kyle will be the rock for many years to come

To start, he will have to prove he's better than Kyle Johnson, and Johnson is good, as others have already mentioned here.
However, Sapp will be valuable on STs and in a backup role, most likely.

    He's battling with Brandon Miree.

Johnson is head and shoulders the better FB. He has the potential to be on eof the best FB's in the league.

Ok, sorry, it just really bugs me for some reason. You just phrased it pretty oddly. Sorry again...
