Well, It's something you expect, but Jake can't take words to heart, after all, they are just words. I think Jake would feel more comfortable with an athletic guy who could give him short yardage and great hands. Rod Smith is getting older, and Ashley Lelie usually does long plays.

The Broncos would really benefit from TO

People expected Dale Carter to make a big difference. Gardner had potential and Clarett was a question mark with upside.

What is wrong with you people? Do you just like to Bloviate without knowing anything or paying any attention to what is reported in the news?

Shanahan could have had T.O. 2 years ago, when Bill Walsh called him from San Fransisco to ask if he had any interest in acquiring T.O. from the '49ers. Shanahan mentioned this phone conversation and told the press this season what he told Bill Walsh back then. "There isn't enough money for me to have to deal with that on a weekly basis."

He didn't want T.O. then and he doesn't want him now and he won't want him in 2006.

So, you can waste as many hours as you like talking about it, but it will NEVER happen. Shanahan has slammed the door on that one. Period.

Mike might not be able to control him and give him discipline so he shouldnt be coming into Denverville.

The Eagles are a FANTASTIC organization under Jeffery Lurie.

Yes, back before he bought the team, they needed a magistrate office at the Vet, but he changed that.

He made the team fan friendly, got a new stadium built with a majority of private funding, and hired the right kind of people that keep the team consistently competative.

If he can't get along there, then Oakland is the only place who will have him. And they don't want him.

He will only go to a winning team for a lot of money, and the only consistently winning team who has enough cap room to meet his ridiculous demands is.........

    Philadelphia.

If you want a bad organization, look at Detroit or Arizona.

Nope he won't. I know Shanahan won't let his bad attitude be in our franchise. And even if he was let in our establishment, he would just as quickly realize it because Shanahan won't allow his prestige in the Bronco's franchise.
