    Kelly Herndon.......Superbowl MVP?

Sounds crazy, but anything can happen in the Big Game, even playing nickel if he intercepted a pass for a T.D and changed the game, he could get the MVP...lol, Im guessing Kelly is loving the fact that Ray Rhodes and the seahawks wanted him, Im still a little bitter because i liked Kelly over Walls as a corner and i hated it when the broncos commited to walls over Kelly, but it seems to have all worked out for the Broncos, seahawks and Kelly.....Good luck Kelly i hope you get your ring Bro.

    Not likely . . .

I read today that Herndon is the #5 CB.

That's a lot lower than nickel back.

I'm only repeating what I read. That's why I only said that I read it.

If it isn't true, no biggie because I didn't write it.

Heh, Kelly's knee is crappin' out on him. He hasn't played in like 4 weeks I think.
He's been the same way he was in Denver...nothin' special. He's starting to lose time to Jordan Babineaux too.

Seattle's corners are good (not great) but when you've got the best pass rush in the league all the coverage problems go out the window (hint hint to everyone who thinks we should bring back Pryce and Ekuban).

He probably will be the 5th corner for the SB. There's no way they'll put him up against Randle El...

In truth, I don't know why I even posted in this thread.

I don't know why some people rue the "loss" of Herndon when he was only so-so for us, anyway.

Now that you mentioned it, I don't know why, either!

But even he beat out Herndon.

Beat out Kelly? hhhmmm, way i remember it Kelly started the season because Walls got hurt in camp or the preseason, then when Walls came back Kelly never gave His job back, He just took it from him, and we all know Walls got beat out of his job by two rookies this year.....so i dont know man, maybe your right.

I agree, especially when you consider how well our secondary played this year, IMHO. As I've said before, had Herndon and/or Walls (or Deltha O'Neill for that matter) stayed it could have slowed the development of some of the younger guys.
