    --- Super Bowl Commercials ---

--- During some of the past Super Bowls, the best parts were the commercials !

--- What were some of your favorite SB ads ???

--- i remember one that a sharpshooter put a plug right through the center of a Master Lock and it still stayed locked !

--- then there is the old saying "harder than herding cats!" --- they made a commercial with a bunch of wranglers herding cats across the prarie ---
--- that was really good ---

--- remember the one on one with MJ and Larry playing Horse ?
    --- "nothing but net !''

--- What are your favorites ?

Although I don't drink beer, the beer commercials have always been the best. The horses playing football, the frogs, the beer bottles playing football, and the famous horses pulling the beer on carriage......

I love most of the beer commercials. Those things are hillarious!

Not from the SB, but I am currenlty quite entertained by the Toyota Truck "Meteor Proof" commercial. Very unexpected the first time through and extremely well done visual effects...
Honoring those who protect that which is worth protecting.

With all this horse poop, there's got to be a pony in here somewhere.

I think that nextel commercial that is on now is one of the best commercials ever. The one where the two guys are dancing in the office to Oh baby baby. They should have kept that one for the Super Bowl.

--- GoDaddy.com Beats Censors With 14th Ad For Super Bowl ---

--- it took 14 revisions by GoDaddy to finally gain network approval for their Super Bowl ad !!!

--- the usually "spicy" GoDaddy ads were forced to tone it down a little by ABC !

--- GoDaddy is paying 2.6 million for a 30 second spot in the late 1st or early 2nd Quarter !!! ---

--- add in 1.2 million in production costs, and that makes the commercial cost over 1 million/second ---

    --- more GoDaddy info: http://www.azcentral.com/arizonarepu...godaddy03.html

--- in other commercials you will see:
--- Jackie Chan and P Diddy for Diet Pepsi
--- "Daisy Duke" for Pizza Hut
    --- and of course Anheuser-Busch with 9-10 spots ---

    --- more info: http://www.mercurynews.com/mld/mercu...s/13781241.htm

The only reason I can get the hubby to watch the SB with me is cause of the commercials!

The special FX are impressive in that commercial, but it sercretly makes me wish that someone in a Tacoma actually gets hit by a meteor, survives, and sues the everloving crud out of Toyota.

I'm a big fan of irony.

My favorite commercials from the Super Bowl were the Budweiser commercials with the lizard that hires the ferret to put a hit out on the frogs. Absolutely brilliant!

I also thought that the old Bud Bowl commercials were great, too. My friends and I used to put bets down on who would win the Bud Bowl.

As a note, I freakin' hate Budweiser.

I laugh every time I see that one! Makes me want to bring a boom box to work on a month where I've hit my enrollment goal by the second week of the month.

The one a year or two ago, where the donkey tries out to be the new budwesier clydesdale. I literally fell out of my chair laughing so hard at the end.

I think Ben Tate will be the best back taken in the 2010 draft. (5/3/10)
