Well today sucked. Our bullpen blew it and our offense couldn't do a thing after the 2nd inning.

I was really hoping they would call the game due to rain in the 5th.

And today's game is being delayed How's that for baseball irony?

And on a much sadder note, Harry Kalas died today...voice of the Phils and NFL films

That is sad news. I enjoyed hearing him on the NFL films.

I'm back. This will be my main thread now. Mostly because it's baseball season.

This Cardinals fan just wanted to stop by to say thank you for beating those damn dirty Cubs today.

I'm sure it was their pleasure. The Rox had lost 9 in a row at Wrigley

And about half of them in the most excruciating ways possible.

And Jason Marquis, more and more, is looking like a very astute pickup.

    3-5 3 RBI and he's 2-0 with a 1.90 ERA

And Huston Street is looking more and more worthless.

I think Ben Tate will be the best back taken in the 2010 draft. (5/3/10)

I was thinking he probably had some arm problems...but hopefully Clint will do the right thing and slot Manny back into the closer's role and use Huston as a situational guy for awhile.

But then again...if you look at the history of closers, alot of them simply seem to go *kablooey* when you take them out of their role (Although Brian Fuentes and JJ Putz might be this year's exception)

    It's a tough call regardless.

Huston Street has looked like lukewarm vomit so far.

Corpas didn't look all that hot on easter, either.

    Hooray, beer!

It seems like there has been a lot of them! I don't like it either!

I'm going to see 17 Again this afternoon, then I'm going to stop by Quiznos or Subway and buy a sandwich...then I will enjoy the Rockies victory tonight!

    Go to Quiznos. No Subway!

17, the movie where the guy becomes a teenager again?
