    Yes....80 yards for #80.

If memory serves correctly he was streaking right up the middle of the field.

Yes it was a beautiful sight. And when I said streaking, he did in fact have his uniform on.

Leave it to you to even think of an alternate meaning to that. This is Rod Smith we're talking about, not Mia Hamm.

    Best of luck, TT!

sbutk: i can see why Denver is taking TO's right now [trailing by 7, with 30 seconds left in the half]. but why Oakland???

Captain Lori: You are trying to figure out the Raiders. Try figuring out women instead; it's probably much easier.

Here is the fun fact for the weekend of May 11th/May 12th.

The Broncos' Glyn Milburn is the only man to account for more than 400 combined net yards (rushing, receiving and returns) in an NFL game. He had 404 yards in a game against Seattle in 1995.

Now that is a pretty impressive stat. WTG Glyn!

I am outta here until Monday.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone and most importantly:

    HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!

Not saying she's at the top of my list, BTW. ...Just came up with an attractive female athlete for the purpose of contrast.

    Good Monday Morning Everyone.

Today is Monday May 14th the 134th day of the year and 231 to go.

    118 days until opening day.

34 days until JWinn heads to Hawaii.

    Today's Trivia Question:

Who caught an 80 yard touchdown pass from John Elway in Denver's 38-33 victory over Cleveland in the 1987 AFC Championship Game?

The infamous "Fumble" game. And I was there!

    Mark Jackson...

    http://www.denverbroncos.com/page.ph...contentID=1216

After Elway was intercepted by Felix Wright four plays into the second half, Cleveland needed just three plays to go 35 yards and score on an 18-yard pass from Bernie Kosar to Reggie Langhorne. The Broncos answered four plays into their next drive, when on third-and-10 from the Denver 20, Elway scrambled right and threw to Mark Jackson, who caught the ball at the Bronco 25, evaded two tackles and sprinted for a touchdown to complete an 80-yard scoring play and give the Broncos a 28-10 lead. Kosar and the Browns roared right back, moving 80 yards in 5 plays to score on a 32-yard Kosar-to-Earnest Byner pass.
